By downloading, accessing, or using the InvoiceGen application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

InvoiceGen is a mobile application that allows users to create, manage, sign, and share professional invoices, estimates, and related documents. The app provides both free and premium features depending on your subscription status.

3. User Data and Synchronization

If you choose to use the cloud synchronization feature (via Google Sign-In), your app data will be securely backed up and synchronized using your own Google Drive or our secure cloud backend depending on the feature set. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App may require a premium subscription. Subscription payments will be charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of InvoiceGen and are protected by international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InvoiceGen, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
